Following the Government's easing of restrictions across the UK we are now open as usual.
Keeping yourself and others safe :
Social distancing is still very important. You should stay 2 metres apart from anyone who is not in your household or support bubble where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place (such as wearing face coverings) if you cannot stay 2 metres apart.
Face coverings :
To help keep everyone safe we are asking that you please wear a face covering when visiting our showroom, unless you are exempt.

Customer update 4/11/20
Following the Government’s announcement that England will enter into a second lockdown on Thursday 5th November, we wanted to confirm that we will remain open and continue to operate in line with Covid safe guidelines.
Throughout the past few months, we have established safe working conditions for our staff and customers and we will always put yours and their safety first.
We appreciate that Government guidance may change without notice and possibly impact the way we work. As we monitor the situation, we will let our customers know as early as possible how any change in guidance may affect how we operate.
All of us have had to adapt to this unprecedented situation and we want to thank all our customers for your understanding and support during these months. We want you to know we are here to support all our customers and we'll be doing all we can to ensure we offer the best possible service at all times.

Our showroom is now open - by appointment only
We would like to thank everyone for their patience, loyalty and understanding whilst we have remained closed during these exceptional times.
The safety of our colleagues and customers are our key priority so we have had to change the way we work, things will look different, processes will have changed but we can guarantee the same smiling faces to greet and serve you.
We can confirm that we comply with the Government guidelines on reopening and managing the health and safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers.
Staff and customers are socially distanced wherever possible, two metres apart. Where this isn’t possible, we have taken measures to minimise risk, including additional hygiene procedures, pvc screens and protective equipment.
Staff have the use of PPE with new processes in place for handwashing, sanitising and cleaning.
We have carried out a Coronavirus-specific risk assessment before bringing staff back into the workplace.
The showroom is open on a fixed appointment-only system, this will allow us to control the number of customers and maintain social distancing, keeping our colleagues and customers safe.
Please be aware, we anticipate our procedures taking longer than normal due to the new measures in place.
A key part of our reopening process is working together with our customers, and trying to create the best experience we can, given the circumstances.
Due to the measures in place it is vital that you arrive for your appointment on time, please be prompt - this will ensure a smooth process for us to manage appointments and avoid delays.
When you visit, if possible, protect yourself with a face mask, wear disposable gloves if you have them, wash your hands or use antibacterial gel regularly.
